Over 35 years’ experience at AT&T leading many implementation and site projects. Provided Program and Project Management deliverables for Onboarding Partner Carriers and Commercial Traffic Migrations onto the AT&T VoIP/Interoperability (Interop) Network. Managed one or more Engineering organizations, which included Lab SMEs, IT, Operations, and Infrastructure teams. As the Implementation Manager for VoIP/Interop Network, provided leadership and set strategies to support business undertakings. Oversaw one or more small to large projects in parallel, which involved cross-functional and External Partner Carrier teams. Worked with client organizations and stakeholders to evaluate business process changes and plan the implementation of those changes.

Consulted with Senior management to design and develop business strategies necessary for the forward progress of Interconnect and related organizational operations. Developed budgets and forecast for First Field Applications and Network Testing for Migration projects.
